1. To have all lecturers qualified as doctor and have competency in lecturing.
2. To get accreditation from BAN-PT.
3. To produce Journal of Management.
4. The graduate students, as well as the users of the graduate students, obtain additional values from the significant education.
5. A high satisfaction from students concerning the lecturing.
6. A high satisfaction from the users of the graduate students.
7. Cooperation with many institutes.
8. To increase prosperity of all the workers and faculties.
